Training the future Scientific Entrepreneurs
Welcome to TOCC
Hi there,

Thanks for your interest in TOCC (Take the Online Computational Challenge) using Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. This is a fun and online exercise using Bioinformatics and Computational Biology tools. The primary goal of TOCC is to engage all the interested participants in something useful online while we are locked down for the pandemic. Anybody can participate in TOCC but you need to know certain basics of Molecular Biology such as transcription, translation, triplet codons, open reading frames, codon dictionary, site directed mutagenesis, the 20 natural amino acids, etc. If you are familiar with these basics then you are good to go!

All you have to do is to create yourself a login with your own password. Once your account is activated, you'll be informed through email. Once you confirm your email, you can login and go to My Account so that you can get started "TOCC"ing...

This is an open source exercise so no payments required.

Request: On behalf of TCABS-E (The Center for Advanced-Applied Biological Sciences & Entrepreneurship), we request all the participants to stay at home, maintain social distancing and be safe until we control the COVID-19 pandemic.
